Stand
“Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.”
Ephesians 6:10–13
Reflection
The first command of spiritual combat is not attack. It is to stand. Standing means refusing to let fear, anger, pressure, accusation, or uncertainty dictate who you become.
PRAY
Father, establish me within before I attempt to change anything around me. Where I am frightened, give me courage. Where I am confused, give me clarity. Where I am angry, give me discipline. Where I am exhausted, renew my strength. I will not surrender my character to my circumstances. Help me stand.
Amen.
