Rest

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”

Reflection

Exhaustion is not proof of faithfulness. Rest restores perspective, restraint, attention, and the ability to love well.

PRAY

Lord, I surrender the belief that exhaustion proves devotion. Teach me to rest without guilt. Restore my body, quiet my mind, and renew my spirit.

Amen.
