The Trap

Reflection
His accusers could not find wrongdoing, so they engineered a rule he would have to break. Being targeted is not proof you did wrong, and doing right is not a guarantee of being left alone.
PRAY
God, I am being measured by people looking for a reason. Keep me from living defensively, from shaping my days around their search. Let my conduct be clean and my mind be free.
Amen.
