Reflection
She did not ask to be introduced. She came from behind, through a crowd, aiming for the edge of a garment — because when you have been dismissed enough times, you learn to reach in ways that will not be refused.
PRAY
Lord, I have stopped asking directly because of how often the asking has gone. Give me the nerve to reach once more, however small and sideways the reaching has to be.
Amen.
