Reflection
She prayed so honestly that the priest assumed she was drunk. Real prayer is often unpresentable — and being misjudged while doing the most sincere thing you have done in years is its own wound.
PRAY
Lord, I would rather be misread by people while being honest with You than composed in front of both. Take this prayer in whatever shape it comes out.
Amen.
