Tell Me to Come
“Lord, if it is you, command me to come to you on the waters. And he said, Come.”

Reflection
Peter asked for the harder thing. The safe option — stay in the boat with everyone else — was available the entire time and no one would have blamed him for taking it.
PRAY
Lord, I have been asking You to calm things down when part of me is being invited out. If this is You, say so, and give me the nerve to put a foot over the side.
Amen.
